The Dragon Hunter II Android App by Feelingtouch Inc. is a defense game where the object of the game is to defend your castle from a variety of dragons. You do this by shooting the dragons with various weapons which you can upgrade at the end of each level. Once you have shot a dragon your collector in a boat will pick up the defeated dragon in order to replenish your food supply. You also make money for each dragon that you defeat.

You start off with one hunter in the beginning of the game and as you level up you can add more people to your castle with different abilities. For example, a repair man for when your castle takes a hit, he will automatically repair it for you in order to keep your castle’s health number above 0. As the levels increase in difficulty you will need to strategically purchase your upgrades and hire people with different abilities in order to beat each level.

The graphics are clean and simple 2D graphics. The controls are very straight forward, responsive and easy to use. Simply swipe in the direction of the dragon that you want to shoot and the hunter will shoot in that direction. The rest of the game is base on point and click menus for purchasing upgrades.

Overall, this is a great defense game with the added element of the necessity to strategically purchase your upgrades in order to beat the game. The variety of dragons helps keep the game non-repetitive and the need for an actually strategy helps as well. At the time of this review the Dragon Hunter II Android App is free.
