What was your inspiration for developing this app?
OrangePixel:
After a couple of bigger games, we wanted to design a game that had very simple game mechanics but that we could easily add new features and updates to. So we took a simple well known Flash-game idea, and turned it into something fun and full of features. So Mini Plane was born, and we have already added a big update with a new second world (unlockable by collecting three super stars) and have many different updates plannend in the coming months. Players can also send us their update ideas on twitter @orangepixel and we will take the best ideas and possibly add them to the future updates!

What’s your personal favorite Android App that you did not develop?
OrangePixel:
Twigee, a Twitter client that never really gets much attention inbetween the bigger names, but it really is a fast, small and great working Twitter client that basically does all I need from such an App. It needs more attention as it easily beats the more well known names out there!
Android App Review Source:
What is your personal favorite feature of this app?
OrangePixel:
The favorite feature of our own game, well it’s a fun filled game! And the challenge of beating my own highscore certainly keeps me coming back.. and someday I hope I will be able to beat the almost unbeatable Sikes-24 who is topping the online highscores
Android App Review Source:
Can we expect any updates to your app in the near future?
OrangePixel:
Yes we are working on adding a new hidden world, upgrades for your plane, and new extended-play worlds (collecting three stars already places you in a second world, but there will be a third!). This will all happen once we have the iPhone version out, so that gamers on both platforms can compete against each other in the highscores!
Android App Review Source:
Do you have any new apps that will be on the Android Market soon that we should look out for?
OrangePixel:
Players who like Mini Plane will most likely also like our DynamoKid Touch game that is on the market right now! A fun platform game with a new gameplay element designed for touch-screens. This game will also be receiving some great updates soon!
Android App Review Source:
Do you have any future development plans for Android Tablets?
OrangePixel:
Not right now, we develop games for small screens, so “tablets” and “pads” are not really interesting to us at this time.
