Amber, I was wondering the same thing, and I was a little upset at first, because it seemed like I wasted a lot of in-game money! I emailed the developer or distributor, Phil, and he told me to use the saw you simply have to press and hold when you are facing a wooden item. It’s actually more that you have to be ON the wooden item, them you press and hold and you hear a sawing sound, then the item returns to your inventory! You can reclaim walkways too, but you have to be ON the walkway, so be sure you won’t drop too far and die!

I bought a saw that let’s me break down and reuse ladders and supports…can’t figure out how to use it I looked in my supplies – not there. Any advice??
