The m:Vampire Android App by moblyng is a cross-platform RPGs that can be played on your Android phone, as well as Facebook. This is a very similar game to their m:Mafia release. In m:Vampire you will adventure into the dark world of Dracula and his fanged friends.
Like m:Mafia the game is free to download with 25 Gems and you can also purchase additional in-game items and weapons. This game also has a huge community that plays online which makes it really fun. Please note that you will need to have either a 3G connection or a good WiFi connection in order to have the game run smoothly as it is played over the Internet.
Overall, if you liked the m:Mafia game then you should definitely check out this one. At the time of this review the m:Vampire Android App is free for the first 25 Gems no including any of the paid add-ons. Thumbs Up.

Talked to a top 10 player..he said only idiots buy gems( that would be me)..he said you can get all the gems and cash you need for free, there is some sort of secret he said all the top players know about it and I need to figure it out my self…still don’t know how..anyone out there willing to share the secret….I am spending to much real money!

That was a cold response that you got, It shouldnt really be a big secret and i dont know if you are on facebook but the game is an app on there too, there are loads of discussions on all aspects of the game and its good to toss ideas around!! pop in!!
Anyway there are a few missions that pay out gem items more than others, it also helps to have a good stamina count so that you can run the missions a good few times before recharging.
Patriarc..mainly lord of a town for stake guns and club bouncers
Maker missions give out the retainer, i cant remember what one gives out the most as i mainly use bring madness to the arts because of the cash amount.
Master….rumour monger is the best but second best is collect blood tribute for summoned stalkers
I hope this is of some help, i wouldnt encourage you to buy any more gems, sell the gem items that you have and do one of the above missions over and over again til you have an amount of the gem items then sell and start over
