The iPingpong 3D Android App by Octane Technologies is a finger flick Ping Pong game for the Android. When the app first loads select start from the display screen and then you can choose from 3 game play modes, Practice, Quick Match or Tournament. In the Quick Match you can choose from a single game, best of 3 or best of 5. In Tournament mode you play each computer player. The graphics and animations for this game are very well done. The controls are pretty simple to use, simply slide your finger back and forth across the display screen to move the ping pong paddle. To hit the ball you can let the ball hit the paddle (you will lose speed and distance by doing this) or your can tap on the display screen to hit the ball. Overall this is a pretty cool game if you like virtual ping pong. There are enough game modes and computer players to keep you entertained for quite a while. At the time of this review the app was $2.99. Thumbs up.
