The PicSay Android App by Shinycore is a really fun app that lets you add cartoony/comic like images to your pictures on your Android. This app is really easy to use and can be a lot of fun. Simply load a picture and choose from a large selection of word ballons, titles, graphics and effects to add to you pictures. Adding the extras to your pictures is really easy. When you are done you can share your pictures by either e-mailing them or texting them. Thumbs up, what a fun app.
